Our mission is to provide educators with the credible resources and peer-reviewed strategies they need to create thriving, inclusive classroom environments.
Our Story
Hannah Conklin’s journey began as a special education paraprofessional, where she experienced firsthand the vital role these educators play in the classroom. Driven by a desire to provide better support for her peers, she pursued graduate studies to bridge the gap between classroom needs and available professional resources.
What started as a focused capstone project evolved into a comprehensive mission. Hannah developed a specialized seminar specifically designed to equip paraprofessionals with evidence-based behavior management tools and social-emotional support strategies that are both practical and credible.
The creation of this website marks the next chapter in that journey. Hannah's Paras Academy serves as a dedicated online space where the special education workforce can find the professional development and advocacy they deserve, ensuring every student benefits from a strengthened classroom environment.
